Hotel Citystop – terms and conditions

We will do everything in our power to ensure our guests have the most comfortable and relaxing stay at Hotel Citystop. If you have any questions or problems, please contact our receptionist who is at your service 24/7.

Check-in and check-out

The standard check-in time for arriving guests starts at 2 pm. An early check-in is subject to availability.

The standard check-out time for departing guests is up until 12 pm (noon). Late check-out is subject to availability and can be extended till 3 pm for an additional fee of €10 per hour. When checking out, guests must return the room key to the front desk. The fine for losing or not returning a key is €30.

Payment terms

Payment for accommodation is due upon checking in to the hotel unless the reservation has been made online and payment was taken in advance. The hotel services used during the stay must be paid for prior to check-out. Citystop accepts all international debit and credit cards but does not accept foreign money or checks.

Extra person fee

The rooms accommodate from one to four guests. For every additional guest an extra fee is charged. All guests that have not registered must leave the hotel at 11 pm at the latest or register as guests of the hotel.

 Children

Accommodation for children up to 7 years of age is free of charge provided they sleep in the same bed as their parents. A limited number of rollaway beds are available for a charge of €17 per bed. Baby cribs for children up to 3 years of age are free of charge.

 Minors

Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Guests between the ages of 16-18 will only be provided with accommodation if they can present relevant documentation regarding the adults responsible for them. Hotel Citystop is not liable for minors it accommodates.

 Smoking policy

Hotel Citystop is 100% smoking free. Smoking inside the hotel is strictly prohibited and will result in a €100 fine. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking zones outside the hotel.

 Pets

Citystop is a pet friendly hotel. Additional fees and rules apply to guests with pets. Pet owners will be held accountable for damage to property caused by their pets. Pets should not be left unattended or taken to premises related to food service. Pet accommodation fee is €10 per animal per night.

Parking

Parking for registered guests is free of charge. Please register you vehicle at reception.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours at the hotel start at 11 pm and last till 6 am. Disturbing other guests with sound, light, physical devices or alike is considered a disturbance. Fine for disturbing the peace is €50.

 Damage and/or theft of hotel property

Guests are held responsible for any damage to the property caused by them or their companions either deliberately or non-deliberately in the hotel room or public areas of the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to claim compensation for the material damage caused by the guest.

Lost items and security

Citystop does not take responsibility for any loss, damage or destruction to any personal property left unattended. All public areas (including the parking lot) are equipped with security cameras. Security in case of an emergency is provided by security company G4S.

 Interim cleaning

If you have booked a room for a longer period and wish to have it cleaned during your stay (change of towels, bed linen etc), please let our receptionist know.

 Breakfast

Breakfast is served in our restaurant (A-wing, first floor) from 7 am to 10 am from Monday to Friday and from 8 am to 11 am on Saturdays and Sundays. Taking food out of the restaurant is PROHIBITED!
